• Losing touch with your inner wisdom. You may find it difficult to trust your intuition, make decisions, recognize your needs, or feel confident about the direction of your life.
• Feeling disconnected from your passion or purpose. Activities that once brought joy may no longer feel meaningful. You may struggle to identify what inspires you or feel uncertain about your place in the world.
• Feeling as though a part of you is missing. You may describe the experience as not feeling like yourself, feeling emotionally fragmented, or sensing that you have lost touch with an essential part of who you are.

These experiences can leave you feeling ungrounded, unfulfilled, or uncertain about how to reconnect with yourself and reclaim an inner sense of wholeness.
